Welcome to Tien Faction. We are a Faction that will help with TT/BH/FB/FF/WB/RB and quests. The goal we have in Tien is to become a good faction for PVE. If you need help please feel free to ask in Guild Chat (GC), or Vent. Some important information that should be considered while in Tien are as follows:
*We request all new classes above level 60+ (friends will be allowed to be sponsored in at 50+) who would like to join Tien, to please fill out an application with their in game name (IGN) (located in the Forums section) to be reviewed. Unless you have already been interviewed by an officer and invited already. We have a Sponsor program at this time, You can join with approval from an officer if you are a family member or close real life friend
* Respect each other. If you have a problem with someone in the faction do not handle it in GC or WC or on vent. Take it to a pm or a private vent room. If it can not be handled by these means then you need to talk to an officer. It you handle it in GC, WC or on vent you will be addressed by an officer. Please follow the Tree of Command; an Executor or a Marshal and they can speak with the Director, if needed. Then it will be taken to the Leader.
*There is no KS'ing in Tien. You will not KS any member of the faction, unless you are helping with a WB and have permission for outside help. You will not KS other people. This means mobs & bosses. This gives Tien a bad name. Just so everyone knows, when someone does KS most PWI members will say something in WC so someone will find out.
*During Tabbed Fb's. The tabber gets the molds and three stars unless specified at the start of the mission.
*During BH's. It is up to the person that wines the run if people pay to cover wine costs or they keeps drops. Now days with the new BH system more then one person may wine. This depends on the BH run it self. (example: Brim (89) Linus (79) Also, as we have found out the hard way. Many runs may have a random person from another faction in it. If you would like to kill a boss for a sage/demon book then tell everyone not of the faction to leave the squad and you will reform after the said boss is killed. Now, this needs to be agreed upon by EACH person in the squad. Take screen shots and if you get the book the person is after please be nice and give it to the person who asked for the help. Also, a side note. If you are doing a BH run and a book drops and it is not your class ask if anyone wants or needs it.
*During TT runs. Before the mission is started, Please, make sure all people know who the subber & the banker are, also, how the mat distrubution will be handled. (example: subber, tank, cleric then DD by level) Also, if you only need a certain item speak up at this point and let everyone know you are only after a certain mat. If you have to leave during a TT run make sure you inform your squad. If a mat drops that you need and you get it during pick up and leave you will be addressed and asked to return the mat to the squad banker. If a gold mat drops the Standard Tien procedure is the mat is sold and money is split evenly with members in the squad. If someone in the squad needs the mat and has the money that person can buy the mat on the spot. If anything other than this split method is desired than that is fine as long as it is decided and agreed upon by the entire party BEFORE the run starts. Do not expect the Leader to drop everything and make a squad for you. You can ask for help, but do not expect a yes everytime.
